-Keep Salads, Dips, and Fruit Chilled:
Be sure to keep your food chilled as long as possible, especially if it is a mayonnaise-based salad or dip.

-Fully Cook All Meats:
Be sure to cook all your meat products to the recommended safe temperature.

-Throw Out Leftovers:
Any leftover food that has sat out for more than an hour should be tossed to prevent food poisoning.

-Keep Food Out of the Sun:
As much as possible, keep your food out of the sun, so it doesn’t get too warm.
