The VA is looking for veterans willing to share their mental health stories with others. Filming for their Make the Connection series will be held in Phoenix, AZ from June 8 to 11.

Veterans in or near Phoenix from any branch (including the National Guard and Reserve) and of any age are encouraged to participate. Those who are selected for the one-hour, professionally taped interviews will receive a $100 gift card to help offset travel costs.

Interested veterans should contact [email protected] or call 602-529-5075. For screening purposes, veterans will need to provide their name and age, military service affiliation, service dates, and discharge status.

More than 400 veterans and their families have already participated in the VA’s mental health initiative.
