In the new year, the military’s health care website has spent time upgrading certain functions and features, hoping to become more user friendly and useful for beneficiaries. The improvements fall under three categories: Search function, organization, and mobile.
TRICARE’s homepage now sports “search wizards” to improve function and access to plans, doctors, and phone numbers. With fewer questions, there’s theoretically less time between you and the answers you need for vital information about your health care and access to it.
Beneficiaries know all too well the frustrations and difficulties the last few months have brought. In response to those changes, the TRICARE site has reorganized some of the information with the intention of helping users find claims, forms, coverage information, and life event information faster.
In addition to the desktop site changes, TRICARE has also improved their mobile site for better usage on tablets and handheld devices.
